Smokin Pork-N-Butts BBQ Cook Off

Please note: Entry deposit of $50 to be turned in by April 1st, 2015. If full payment is received by March 18th you will receive a $50 discount. All fees to be paid before entering cook site. Cook sites will be assigned on a first come first serve bases. No RV’s that are separate from cook rigs. No Golf Carts. Space Assignments are 30x30. 20 AMP 120 Volt Power included. Notice to all Teams: Due to a Jackson City Ordinance teams should not have alcoholic beverages without a container that is issued by Smokin Pork-N-Butts. The noise ordinance is in effect from 11pm – 6am.

PORK LOIN 10:15 – 10:30
PORK 11:15 – 11:30
RIBS 12:15 – 12:30
FINALS TURN IN TIMES:
PORK LOIN 1:25 – 1:30
PORK 1:55 – 2:00
RIBS 2:25 – 2:30

Plaques may be substituted with trophy, medallion, ribbon or certificate

1st Place each category $400 + Plaque

3rd Place each category $200 + Plaque
4th Place each category $100 + Plaque
5th Place each category $75 + Plaque
6th through 10th Place for each category will receive a Plaque
Ancillary $100 (must have at least 6 entrees per category)
